St James Centre, a community based charity in the Normanton area of Derby.

We collect personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, National Insurance Number and date of birth.

How will we use your personal information?
For St James Centre:
We will use your information to help you make best use of the St James Centre facilities and to communicate with you. We may also be obliged to use your information to assist with public health issues.

For Funabili8y Moving Forward:
We use your information to help you to take part in activities, keep fit, make friends, find new interests and learn new skills.

For Advice4All:
We use your information to give you advice and help about benefits, housing, debt, employment, health and education.

How long will we keep your information?
We will keep your information for as long as we are supporting you and additionally for the statutory period required by law.

Who will we share your data with?
For Funabili8y Moving Forward:
We may share your personal data with the local authority, Short Breaks, Big Lottery Fund.

For Advice4All:
Relevant organisations such as the Health Service or the Department for Work and Pensions to resolve issues and/or queries.

Information security:
The data we hold about you is stored on the St James server and is accessible only by staff who have valid user names and passwords. To prevent loss of data, we backup data to off-site encrypted devices.

Can you see the information we have about you?
You can ask to see the information we have about you at any time and you can ask us to change any information that is not correct. This will be done at no cost to you.
