St James Centre (Derby) is a lively community organisation that is based in Normanton, and serves the local community, the people of Derby and beyond.
It is a very busy place with 50,000 visitors a year through the doors. St James has a well qualified, highly motivated team of staff and volunteers that enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and with different needs and interests.
Provide facilities, resources and office space and room hire for statutory and voluntary organisations which enable them to have a comfortable base at the heart of the community.
Develop, manage and deliver a wide range of innovative community project and services such as Fun-abil8y, Moving On Advice 4 All, Cool Kids etc.
St James is a community outreach for Derby College for ESO
St James also offers a Book-Keeping and Payroll service.
