MOVING FORWARD - HELPING YOUNG ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES TO LIVE THEIR OWN LIFE!

Young adults with disabilities can choose from the wide range of support and activities we offer, to make their own special life in the community!

ONE TO ONE WITH MY WORKER!

Young disabled adults can join our small groups or do things on a one to one basis in the community. This means young people can take up volunteering opportunities; social events; courses to gain qualifications or for a hobby; support to follow employment; sports activities or just have fun! From £13.50 per hour.

TOGETHER IN A GROUP!

Join us at our friendly sessions in our fully accessible rooms at St James! Our staff help you adapt the activity, so you can try new things and learn more than you ever thought you could! We offer a variety of exercised based activities, hairdressing, cooking, fun sessions and trips etc. From £25 per day.

HAVING FUN MY WAY!

Young disabled adults can take part in our exciting timetable of activities from pub and theatre trips, bowling, meals out to X box challenge! We have friendly support staff, who can help you become more independent and make new friends. From £15 per session.
